Sharing a link to anything
Events, trips, Spaces, venues, performers and profiles all share as a link that unfurls into a rich preview.
Nearly everything on Joinue can be handed to someone as a link. Look for the share control in the header of whatever you're on, and pick how you want to send it: your phone's share sheet, a message, an email, or straight to the clipboard.
The preview
A Joinue link unfurls into a card wherever you paste it: the title, the date, and whatever art the thing owns. Paste it into a Joinue conversation and you get the richer version, with a way to respond right there.
Two kinds of link
- An invite link carries access with it. That's what you send guests for a private event or a trip, and anyone who has it can open it and respond, no account needed. Only send it to people you meant to invite.
- A page link is just an address. It works for anything already public (a venue, a Regular, a performer, a public profile), and it grants nothing on its own.
Pages that need a sign-in still share fine. The recipient signs in and lands exactly where you pointed them, and their preview stays generic so nothing private travels with the link.
