Respond to a plan
Open the link, mark what works for you, and optionally suggest something better.
Someone sent you a Coordinate link? Open it and mark the options that work for you. You don't need an account, just your name so the organizer knows who answered.
If none of the options fit, you can suggest another one on plans that allow it. Leave your email if you want to hear when the plan is decided.
