Backstage: run your page

Backstage is where you run the pages you've claimed. Reach it from the account menu (your avatar, top right).

A strip up top shows your pages, your audience, and your upcoming shows at a glance, with anything unanswered called out.

A venue's sections

• Schedule: your weekly nights and your one-off listings, added and edited here. This is the part that reaches Explore.
• Photos: the page's gallery.
• Details: your hours (so the page can say whether you're open right now), phone, menu link, reservation link, and what you've got (pool, darts, a patio, and the rest).
• Profile: name, location, description, website, the profile photo and banner.
• Insights: how the page and its listings are doing, plus the thanks guests leave after a night.
• Team: who else runs the page, and the way out if you're stepping back.

A performer's Backstage is the same idea. The first tab is named for whatever your act does (Shows, Nights, Dates), and there's a Booking tab for whether you're taking inquiries and on what terms.

Get your page ready

A page that isn't live yet carries a short checklist instead of a wall of empty forms: add a photo, set your hours, put a few pictures up, get something on the schedule. When it looks right, Request to go live and we'll review it. The checklist disappears once you're listed.

Messages and bookings

• Every page has its own inbox, and you reply as the page, not from your personal account. On a wide screen it reads as two panes, threads on the left and the conversation on the right.
• A venue answers Bookings to confirm (acts asking onto a bill). A performer answers Invites to answer (venues putting them on one). Gig inquiries from the public land in the page inbox alongside your messages.
• Post to the page's wall, where anyone who can see the page can react or reply.

Your team

Invite co-managers by email so the whole team can run the page. Co-managers aren't shown publicly. Everyone who runs a page can see who else does and step back on their own; only the owner adds and removes people.
