Claim your venue or performer page
Run a venue or perform yourself? Claim your page to edit it and answer the people reaching out.
- 1Open Backstage from the account menu and tap Claim a page (or go straight to Claim a page).
- 2Search for your venue or act by name.
- 3Pick it, choose your role (owner, manager, performer, and so on), and add a contact email so we can verify you.
- 4Submit. We review claims by hand, and once yours is approved the page shows up in Backstage for you to manage.
Don't see your venue or act in search? It might not be on Joinue yet. Contact us and we'll help get it added.
Claiming transfers the page to you. Anything already on it, like upcoming shows and followers, stays put.
