Claim your venue or performer page

1. 1Open Backstage from the account menu and tap Claim a page (or go straight to Claim a page).
2. 2Search for your venue or act by name.
3. 3Pick it, choose your role (owner, manager, performer, and so on), and add a contact email so we can verify you.
4. 4Submit. We review claims by hand, and once yours is approved the page shows up in Backstage for you to manage.

Not on Joinue yet?

If your place or your act isn't in search, add it yourself. Backstage has Request a venue and Request a performer profile, and both are self-serve: the page is created the moment you submit and it's yours to fill in right away. It stays hidden from Explore and search until a staffer reviews and publishes it, so nothing half-built goes out under your name.

After you submit a claim

A claim you're waiting on shows as Awaiting review in Backstage. If it's turned down it moves to Needs another look, and you can claim again with better detail rather than starting over. Adding a phone number or a link to your site or socials is what usually makes the difference.
