Your notifications list
What needs an answer sits on top, everything else below by day. Clear one without answering, and take it back if you clear the wrong one.
Notifications puts anything waiting on your answer (an invite, a request) under Needs you, above the rest. Reading a row doesn't move it out of there, and neither does Mark all read: only answering does, so nothing you owe somebody slips away by accident.
Rather not answer one at all? Tap the small X in its corner (Remove without answering). It leaves your list, and the toast that confirms it has Undo, in case you tapped the wrong one.
Press and hold a row for more: Remove takes it off your list, and Turn off notifications like this stops that kind from reaching you (with an Undo of its own).
A busy event folds into one row instead of filling the page, so eight RSVPs to the same night read as one line you can open. Messages aren't in this list: they live in Talk.
