Multi-day events
One event can run across several days, and guests answer for each day on its own.
Some things aren't a single time slot: a weekend tournament, a three-night festival, a conference. Create the event once and give it every day it runs.
- 1Under When, tap Several days.
- 2Tap each day it runs, then the hours they share.
- 3If one day runs differently, tap Different hours this day on it. The event then reads Hours vary by day.
How guests answer
Each day takes its own Going, Maybe, or Can't, so someone can make Saturday without committing to the whole weekend. On three days or more there's a Going to all shortcut. A day that's already ended can't be changed.
Some things are all or nothing, like a wedding weekend or a team offsite. Turn on Guests answer once for the whole thing and one Going, Maybe, or Can't go covers every day. The days still show on the event; guests just don't answer them one by one.
As the host you're going to every day by default. You see Going, Maybe, Can't go, and No answer counts for each day, and tapping a day opens who answered it what.
Each day reminds only the people who answered for it, at that day's time.
