Make your event repeat
Set a cadence and Joinue creates the run for you, one date at a time. Each date is a real event with its own RSVPs.
For the thing that happens again and again (the Sunday roast, the monthly book club, the Wednesday run), set a cadence when you create the event instead of making it over from scratch each time.
Set the cadence
In the event composer, the Repeats field offers "Doesn't repeat", every week, every 2 weeks, or every month. Weekly and every-2-weeks land on the weekday you picked; monthly lands on the same date each month. Choose how many dates the run should have, and you're done.
Each date is a real event in its own right, with its own guest list, RSVPs, chat, and prep. Nobody is committed to the whole run by answering one of them. The next date is created once the current one ends, so your events list never fills up with a year of Wednesdays.
Managing the run
On any date in a series, the manage menu splits the two things you might mean. "Edit this date" changes just that one (a one-off venue change, a week you start early). "Series settings" changes the run: the cadence, how many dates are left, the shared details, and the roster.
You can end a series whenever you like. Ending it stops new dates being created and leaves the ones already out there alone, so nobody loses a night they'd already said yes to.
