Weekly runs and check-ins
A Space that meets on a rhythm opens on the coming week, and members say I'm in or Can't in one tap.
Managers set up a Space's standing runs, meetups or meetings under Regulars on its Plans tab (some templates call the tab Schedule). Once there are some, the Space's Home opens on the coming week: every run in the next seven days, soonest first.
- Each run shows its day and time, the meet point (tap it for directions when the manager pinned a place), that date's note ("Hill repeats"), and the route when the run has one.
- Tap I'm in or Can't. Tap your answer again to take it back, since not saying is different from saying no. The soonest run shows who's in.
- To answer further ahead, tap a run under Regulars on Plans. Every upcoming date is listed, and you can answer any of them.
A Public Space shows its week to people who haven't joined, so they can pick a run to try. They see the runs, not how many are in or who.
Agendas and minutes
A Neighborhood Space can keep a written record of each meeting. Add the agenda or minutes to Docs or the Handbook first, then open the meeting's dates under Regulars on Plans and link them to that date. Minutes can only be linked once the meeting has happened.
- The next meeting's agenda shows on the week card on Home.
- Past meetings on Plans lists every earlier date with its agenda and minutes.
