Trivia and sports team Spaces

Pick the Trivia team or Sports team template when you create a Space and it starts with what a team needs: a Schedule tab for your nights or games, a card on Home for the next one, and Results for how you did.

Trivia teams

• Until a night is on the schedule, Home asks where you play and lists the trivia nights nearby, so adding yours is a tap. The Schedule tab keeps the full list of nights around town, with the ones you already play marked.
• Log each night's placing in Results. Every logged night gets its own page you can share into a chat or send anywhere.
• The morning after a night somebody said they were going to, if nothing's logged for it yet, the Space's managers get one ask (between 10am and 9pm) to log how it went. The form opens set on that night, with the venue and who went filled in.

When a result link is shared outside the Space, the preview only says what a stranger could already see. It names the team only when the Space is Open, Public, or has Followers on, and shows the result itself only for a Public Space. Who played and the night's note never leave the Space.

Sports teams

Once a game is on the schedule, the Next game card on Home is that game: the opponent, the date and start time, when to arrive, where, and how many are going. A trivia team gets the same card as Next trivia night. With nothing scheduled, the card a manager typed in stays.

Set Players needed on a game and Joinue watches the headcount on game day. If you're still short a few hours before kickoff, members who haven't answered are asked if they're in, and the captains (the game's hosts and the Space's managers) are told how many players you're short. For an early kickoff, that happens the evening before. A game that fills up never sends it.
