Set up a Space: tabs and modules
Add up to two extra tabs (Gallery, Docs, Money, Handbook, Calendar), then shape the home feed with modules.
Every Space starts with Home (the feed) and Plans (what's coming up). Managers shape the rest from Space settings, and a template can fill most of it in for you when you create one.
Extra tabs
You can add up to two more tabs to the bar. Two, not five: the bar has to stay readable on a phone, and a group that needs everything usually really needs two things.
- Gallery: a shared photo and video wall for members.
- Docs: shared files, in folders members can browse.
- Money: dues and chip-ins the Space is collecting.
- Handbook: pages for rules, guides, and FAQs.
- Calendar: the Space's events on a month grid.
Modules
Modules are the optional blocks on the Space's home feed, for what the group actually does. Turn them on under Modules in Space settings, and rename the ones that carry a label so they say your group's word for it.
- Spotlight: one card pinned to the top for the thing happening now (the current read, the next game). Countdown adds days-remaining to it, and Rotation adds a whose-turn-is-it line that cycles through members.
- Shelf: a running archive, newest first. It fills as you move the spotlight on, or you add entries yourself.
- Results: log outcomes over time and roll them into one headline stat, as a season record, game-night crowns, or league standings.
- Wishlist: members suggest ideas and upvote the ones they want most. Shared list is the same idea without the voting.
- Spoiler gate: members can flag a post as a spoiler, and it stays blurred until others mark the pick watched or read.
