When the crew splits up
Nine people, and four are at the pool while the rest are at the spa. Mark yourself in on a stop, or quietly take one off your own plan.
Every stop still belongs to the whole crew by default, and nothing anyone taps takes a stop off somebody else's plan. What the controls do is say who's actually doing it.
- I'm in is public. Your face lands on the stop, and the crew can read "four at the spa" at a glance.
- Not me is private. It only takes the stop off your own home card, itinerary, and calendar. Nobody is told, and nobody sees it.
- Saying nothing is its own answer: an unmarked stop just means nobody has said yet.
An organizer can mark anyone in, which is the only way the people who never installed the app get onto anything. Doing that never overrides somebody who quietly opted out.
This is separate from Interested on an idea. Interested is a ballot for what should make the itinerary; this is who's on a stop that already exists.
