Keep track of who's coming
Your counts at the top of the event, a one-tap reminder for everyone who hasn't answered, and a guest list you can tidy.
On an event you're hosting, the top of the page shows where things stand: Going, Maybe, No reply and Can't go, plus any plus-ones and the waitlist. Tap a count to open the guest list on that group. Under the counts are Invite, Announce, and Remind with the number of people who haven't answered.
Remind everyone who hasn't answered
Remind sends one reminder to everyone you invited on Joinue who hasn't replied. Anyone reminded in the last two days, by you or a co-host, is skipped, and the toast says how many were reached. To remind just one person, open No reply on the guest list, tap the menu on their row, and pick Remind. See Guests & RSVPs settings for the reminder that goes out on its own.
Needs you
Needs you lists what's waiting on you, one line each: RSVPs closing soon, invites with no reply, guests who owe a required answer, and Prep items still open. Tap a line to go straight to it.
The guest list
The guest list has a tab for each answer, and the No reply tab is yours alone. It includes the people you emailed or texted (marked Emailed or Texted), not just the ones you invited in the app.
- Take back invite: on a No reply row, tap the menu and pick Take back invite. The toast offers Undo, and undoing it tells nobody.
- Mark going, Mark maybe or Mark can't go: answer for someone who told you in person, from the menu on their row.
- Edit details: for a guest who answered by link, fix their name, email or phone, from the same menu.
- Remove: tap the X on their row, then pick Remove and tell them or Remove without telling them. Someone who already said Can't go is never told, and neither is a guest who answered by link. If they can still see the event (it's public, or they have its link), they can RSVP again.
Fewer RSVP buzzes
On a busy event, replies don't buzz your phone one by one. You get at most one push per event every three hours, with a count, like 8 new RSVPs to Game Night, and every reply is still in your notifications. To stop RSVP notifications altogether, turn off RSVPs to events you host under Events in your notification settings.
